THE WARRANTY

We work with you to keep statistics ahead of time and check the statistics of new hires and overall population at 6 month and 1 year milestones. Together we establish one or more goals for reducing turnover.

If the desired outcomes are not being made, we come in and trouble shoot what is happening and make recommendations for correction, at no extra cost.

THE PROCESS

We have found that if you don’t keep things simple, managers won’t use them. Yet, a process needs to have elements of objectivity and defensibility. We combine all three, to enhance your success.

We have gotten very good results from doing an in-depth training and coaching program with all of your job interviewers and hiring managers.

We like to train in groups that are not to big – groups of 18-24 are ideal.

Generally, training workshops take place in one day workshops.
